Ivins Concrete Master provides professional concrete services including but not limited to driveways, patios, stamped concrete, repairs, walkways, commercial services, retaining walls, leveling, steps, pool decks, and garage floor coatings. All services are provided in Ivins, UT and surrounding areas.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide free on-site estimates for concrete projects. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen site conditions are discovered. We will communicate any necessary changes before proceeding with additional work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on normal conditions. Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, permit processing, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to complete your project as efficiently as possible.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or acts of nature. Regular maintenance as recommended is required to maintain warranty coverage.
7. Property Access and Site Conditions
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure pets are secured during our work. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or notifying us of their presence. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or pre-existing conditions not disclosed during the estimate.
8. Cancellation and Changes
If you need to cancel or make significant changes to your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply for work already completed or materials ordered. Change orders must be approved in writing before implementation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ivins Concrete Master carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the contract amount for your specific project. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of the State of Utah. These terms are governed by Utah law.
